Terms and Conditions for Wolverhampton Unity Admin Staff
1 .All staff registered with APCG are considered SELF EMPLOYED and are NOT employees of either Unity or APCG Services.
2.All staff will be responsible for paying their own tax and National Insurance contributions and will need to register with HMRC as Self Employed ( APCG can assist with this process).
3. All information relating to staff registered with APCG will be held in accordance with GDPR rules.
4.Staff will be paid directly into their accounts by the 5th day of each month.
5. All staff will be required to give at least 4 weeks notice in advance if they no longer wish to be considered for work with unity through APCG.
6.All staff will need to inform APCG in reasonable time if they are unable to do any shifts they have been booked for.
7. Any sickness/absence must be reported to the line manager at the earliest convenience.
